This month, MOT South Africa successfully hosted its first-ever 1-day Make-Up Training of our MOT Coaches’ Basic Education programme. This special session was designed to onboard educators from Bridgetown High School (welcomed in April 2025), Rylands High School, and Spes Bona High School.
Despite stormy weather and the challenge of a shorter timeframe, the training saw full attendance and a vibrant atmosphere. It was a testament to the educators’ commitment and the MOT team’s dedication to ensuring that every Coach is well-equipped to carry the programme forward.
Rooted in MOT’s experiential learning approach, the training focused on core MOT values and principles, brought to life through storytelling, interactive exercises, and honest reflection. In just one day, educators were meaningfully engaged and inspired to connect deeply with the heart of the programme.
